What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges for the USA Delivery charges are fixed at 15.90€. For more details, see the Delivery and returns page.

Delivery costs for mainland France are fixed at €5.90. For more details, see the Delivery and returns page.

Do you deliver to my town? delivers anywhere in France, the USA, French overseas departments and territories and Europe. For more details, see the Delivery and returns page.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

Your item will be shipped within 4 days. Some items may take an additional 1 or 2 days. Strikes and sanitary restrictions may add to the announced delays. Access to a tracking number allows you to follow your order through the shipping and delivery stages.

Delivery takes 3 to 4 days for France and 10 to 15 days for the USA.

My parcel is damaged. What should I do?

Unfortunately, this can happen. Please notify the delivery person in writing of any reservations on the delivery note. If your order arrives in a letterbox, please take a photo before opening and check your item carefully. If there is a problem, take a new photo and contact our customer service department at We will get back to you within 24 hours.

I don't like the item I've chosen anymore, what can I do?

Unfortunately, this can happen. You can return the item to the following address: Un Noir sur Mars, 19 avenue d’Italie, 75013 Paris. You are responsible for return postage.

There is a defect on the item I received, what can I do?

Take a photo of the item with the defect and please contact us by email at enclosing the photo. A return slip will be sent to you.

How can I get a refund without justifying myself?

The item I want is out of stock, how does the restocking work?

If we’re out of stock, the best thing to do is to send us an e-mail at to find out when we’ll be back in stock.
